Thank you for your interest in the Interprovincial Transit Strategy.

The mandate of the Interprovincial Transit Strategy consultation program is to engage, in a meaningful way, a broad range of citizens and stakeholders in a dialogue about the development of an interprovincial transit strategy for the National Capital Region.

The consultation program is divided into four phases, giving the public and stakeholders an opportunity to provide their insight on the following key topics:

  • Phase I: Benefits and challenges of interprovincial transit (April/May 2009
  • Phase II: Process for selecting a solution (June/August 2009)
  • Phase III: Confirmation and Prioritization (February 2010)
  • Phase IV: Progressing the Strategy (June/July 2010)

For more information on each of the phases above, go to Project Overview. To review summary reports and input that has been recieved to date, please click here.
